Line by line against what it should cost at your size. Over-specced AV, padded crew hours, print nobody reads.

The things nobody wrote down. Who decides on the day, what happens when the stream drops, the step-free route.

List 04
Three concrete ways to make your event memorable, each placed at a real moment in your plan, with what it costs.
*Like adding one line to the invite: “Polar bears in costume will be asked to leave.” That’s the email they’ll forward.

02 / A finding looks like this
15 MIN
800 people, four breakout rooms, one corridor and a 15-minute changeover. Your first breakouts start ten minutes late, and every session after slips.
Fix: start breakouts at 10:10, open the second staircase, put signage at the hall exit and two crew on traffic.
Example from a sample review
And an idea looks like this
€40
Nobody reads the name badges.
Idea: add one line: “Please don’t ask me about:”. Attendees fill it in themselves.
*Best icebreaker we know.
€0
The breakout rooms are called A, B, C and D.
Idea: name them after ideas that were cut from the plan: The Drone Show, The Ice Sculpture, The Second CEO Keynote.
*Everyone wants to know what happened in planning.
